What we collect: your name, delivery address, email, and order history.

Why: to send your parcel, respond to support requests, and — with consent — send you the odd honest email.

Who sees it: our checkout provider (Shopify), payment processor, delivery partner (Royal Mail), and our email tool (Klaviyo). Nobody else.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion. Email hello@lunemama.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.
